The company is looking for exuberant and self-motivated go-getters to join their team in the exciting industry of lifestyle public relations, in Singapore and Malaysia. If at all possible, they are in search for someone who is highly passionate about shopping, brands, events and anything lifestyle.
The working hours will be from nine in the morning up to six in the evening, from Monday to Friday. Those with one year to two years of experience can apply. The salary will range from SGD 1, 800 to SGD 2, 500.
The role of the PR Administrative Office is to ensure the smooth-running of the company’s daily operation. The scope of work will include book keeping, payroll, invoicing, contract development, client reporting and media monitoring, as well as any other day to day administrative tasks.
Candidates must possess an affable disposition, excellent phone etiquette, good command of English and communications skills. The company will prefer applicants with at least an ‘A’ for GCE ‘O’ Levels or ‘B’ for General Paper, or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft office is a must, and proficiency in Dreamweaver and/or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an advantage. The role likewise requires incumbent to commute to client or media officers and sites for reconnaissance. Business language is English, while fluency in Chinese and Malaysia will be an added advantage. Some overseas traveling to Malaysia will be required, and daily allowance will be provided.
