The clothing shop offers variety of designs for ready-to-wear Cheongsam and Qipao for both adult women and kids, and also makes available accessories to match the dresses. It has since been operating Cloth.ier outlets and counters in various department stores.
In 2011, Yapi added JiXiang Zhai into the portfolio of Cloth.ier, opening the 1st Jixiang Zhai Flagship store outside of China, at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. JiXiang Zhai is an Oriental-theme ladies fashion brand from China with about 100 outlets within China, serving the well-heeled customers who appreciate Chinese art and culture of dressing. Both Cloth.ier and JiXiang Zhai incorporates the understanding of Chinese art and culture into their designs. Each piece is made with the finest materials and workmanship. The collections are graceful and elegant, yet keeping in mind the lifestyle of modern women, enforcing the unique style and the ceaseless effort for seeking excellence in making exquisite fashion for women.
For customers availing of promotions, all in-house discounts will be taken off during checkout. No promotion code is required. For credit card promotion, clients may select credit card payment option at payment page during check out to offset discount value.
In terms of payment methods, the company accepts online payment via PayPal. Customers can also pay by credit card or debit card via PayPal without having a PayPal account. The likewise accept Local Bank Transfer or International Telegrahic Transfer. However, Local transfer takes up to three working days to be credited into the account and International transfers may take up to five working days to be credited into their account. It is worth noting that only local bank charges will be borne by Yapi. The bank details will be provided in confirmation email after checkout in completion of the order processing.
As with shipping process, all local orders will be sent via courier to the clients’ doorstep at no charge for minimum purchase of $80, while purchases of less than $80 will be charged courier fee of $6. Preferred delivery date and time slot selected during checkout are used as a guide for the courier. Cloth.ier however does not deliver to offshore islands and restricted areas.
Cloth.ier caters to customers abroad who making international orders. The company does shipping to all countries, such as Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, but excluding restricted areas. International shipping of items will be via registered mail at $25 and will take up to three to fourteen days. Clients who will request for shipping via international courier may contact the company with their shipping request and they will revert with the freight quotation.
