It makes detection of conditions associated with stomach cancer much easier, such as inflammation and ulcers, as well as bacteria that increase the risk of stomach cancer. A colonoscopy investigates the large intestine together with the rectum and anus. It is done using a camera mounted at the end of a thin flexible tube. Samples of the large intestine can be taken for tests if there are any growths or unusual findings.

Anti-Reflux Surgery is a procedure which can be done with keyhole or laparoscopic surgery. It allows the repair of the muscle around the lower oesophagus. The upper stomach is also used to wrap around the lower oesophagus to complete the surgery. This procedure is called laparoscopic fundoplication. Gallbladder Surgery is a procedure done with keyhole or laparoscopic surgery. Laparoscope or camera is inserted through small incision around the belly/naval area. The attachments of 3 other instruments are used with 0.5cm skin incisions, the gallbladder is clipped and cut. It is then removed via the navel.
Cancer surgery includes treatment for Oesophageal Cancer, Stomach or Gastric Cancer and Colorectal.
Weight Loss Procedure Options take in Endoscopic Instragastric Balloon Insertion, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Gastric Banding, and Laparoscopic Roux en Y Gastric Bypass. Endoscopic Instragastric Balloon Insertion is an option for weight management, which aims to insert the balloon into the stomach. This is done with a gastroscopy under sedation. After six months, the balloon will be removed. The projected weight loss is usually about 15% of the original weight. Appendicitis Surgery seeks to treat the common condition which is an infection of the appendix. It can cause pain at the lower right side of the abdomen. Treatment is with intravenous antibiotics and surgery for removal of the appendix. This surgery is commonly done with the keyhole or laparoscopic technique.
