Mini Outfitters offers free shipping for all orders above S$80 shipped within Singapore, while for orders below S$80 they offer S$6 flat rate shipping.
They also ship orders overseas. Currently, they transact with customers from Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China or Hong Kong or Macau, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam. They also ship to other countries not listed and offer online service for shipping quotation.
As with the price for international shipping, they offer two shipping options to most countries that being the flat rate shipping and registered airmail.

For shipping to Malaysia the cost is S$20; for Brunei, China/Hong Kong/Macau, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand the cost is S$25; for Australia, Cambodia, India, Japan, Vietnam the cost is S$30; for New Zealand the cost is S$35. While for Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, UK, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE the shipping cost is S$49;and shipping to Canada, USA reaches S$55.
With the second option, the registered airmail via Singapore Post (Singapore’s postal service), the pricing is determined and displayed during checkout. For this shipping method, the items are not fully insured and may not be fully traceable. Also, a signature on delivery will still be required.
For shipping within Singapore, the company uses Ta-Q-Bin and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days. While for shipping to Indonesia, they use Aramex and Singapore Post to deliver all orders within 5-12 business days. The same services are used for delivering ordered items to Asian countries to deliver all orders within 4-10 business days.
All orders are delivered within 5 to 12 days for items to be sent to North America, Europe and Middle East. And for other Countries, all orders will be delievered within 4-12 business days.
The items ordered are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the company to the client’s shipping address. Once the package has been delivered and signed for at the specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that the purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, the company requires proof of delivery for all orders and is unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature. They do not deliver to Post Office box addresses and addresses within restricted areas.
In view of taxes, there is no GST charged on orders within Singapore. For Indonesia, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. To facilitate orders for the Indonesian customers, they offer three options at checkout. First is an all-inclusive shipping option where all import duties, customs and taxes will be prepaid by the company; or second option, the flat rate shipping-only and the third is registered Singapore Post airmail option where the customer has to bear all import duties, customs and taxes payable. For the flat rate shipping-only option and registered Singapore Post airmail option, payment of all import duties, customs, taxes and any clearing fees is necessary to release the order from customs upon arrival.
For other countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, the customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes including any clearing fees levied by the country they are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release their order from customs upon arrival. The shipping company will contact the clients directly to help facilitate the necessary payments if required.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking instructions when their order has shipped out. They can also retrieve your tracking information when they log into their account under My Orders.
However, clients cannot change their shipping address once it has been processed as the company aims to ship the items as quickly as possible.
