Sign up for the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali

There’s no better place to meditate and find your inner peace than at Bali. Imagine having the mountains as your backdrop as you breathe in clean air at a tropical paradise. This is exactly what Routes of Yoga (ROY) can offer their students.

The Bali-based Yoga teacher training from ROY has three parts. Firstly, it includes studying the human body’s flow and their corresponding movements to heal. Second, teachers will be learning a couple of concepts which include Asana, chakras, kriyas, meditations and many more.

See Yoga’s historical sites at Nepal

As you consider joining a pilgrimage at Routes of Yoga, you’ll get to see the Kathmandu valley. Hiking in Nepal’s selected, local areas will allow you to have the Himalayas as your backdrop. You’ll also get to learn Buddhist philosophy which should be helpful especially when you’re planning to improve your thorough understanding of Yoga.

Routes of Yoga can arrange for your pilgrimage as they include three vegetarian meals per day and free flowing herbal tea. The pilgrimage also includes Yoga classes and lectures, and these should be complementary with your intended teacher training programs in Bali.

If you’re not a major fan of crowded cultural tours, you’d also be glad to learn how ROY only arranges intimate groups in a whole pilgrimage. This should allow for healthy interactions among students and their guides.

Join a retreat

Would you like to relax and rejuvenate in the company of Yoga practitioners? Then you must sign up for a retreat. ROY has classes and workshops in relaxing destinations. It’s the ultimate, health getaway for those who appreciate and practice Yoga as a way of life. When the pace is way too fast in your daily life, it’s certainly worthwhile to take a breather in forms of retreats.

Be part of an immersion

Go in-depth and be advanced with your skills by going for an immersion. ROY allows for intensive courses so students can further focus on some parts of Yoga which they still need to improve on. The classes also include concept instructions so they can have a more thorough understanding of their discipline.
