In case with Mini Outfitters, if ever they have sent you incorrect items or if the items were damaged upon receipt, they will replace the items and refund the return shipping cost spent by the customer.  If no replacement is available, they will issue a full credit refund to the payment mode that customers used for the purchase.  The refund will include the original delivery charges for sending the items plus the return shipping cost. Nonetheless, Mini Outfitters always make certain that every item delivered to their valued customers is properly checked for defects, as they only wish to give the best service. It is worth noting the company’s terms with regard to the return of incorrect or defective items sent.

First, a Return Request must be submitted within 7 days from receiving the incorrect or damaged items.

Next is that, the Return Procedures was followed as provided in the website in the customer’s personal account under the My Returns Request. Also, the defect should not be minor or trivial and a copy of the receipt for the return shipping cost was included.  The company will reimburse up to S$20 for the return shipping cost.
