Grid Synergy is a transmedia studio which specializes in animation, corporate video production, educational video production, e-learning, graphic design, movie production, video marketing and video production, web video production services and website design and search engine optimization for companies and institutions in Singapore.

It consists of a creative team which ignites passion, pushes boundaries and brings creativity, dedication and energy to every project. Grid Synergy challenges the status quo and shifts typical perceptions into something unique and fresh to eyes of the consumer. And they make this possible by telling engaging and compelling stories across multiple media platforms.

Among its services is its education interactive media and case in hand with this is its recent Genio project. Genio is a breakthrough interactive educational TV series produced by Grid Synergy for SingTel’s mioTV. From conceptualization to production, Grid Synergy ensured that strict pedagogical standards are followed and utilized creative scripting, animation, and motion graphics to create a high-quality and engaging product.

Grid Synergy likewise works on movies. Movies have always been a passion business. But with the right team and the right mix, Grid Synergy can combine passion with profitability. Its team has executive produced and directed numerous movies, covering genres from comedy, drama to horror. The combined box office takings from its movies have surpassed $10 million in Singapore alone, with several of the movies being named the number one movie during the opening week. Grid Synergy has found a winning strategy and will continue to develop movie projects that are entertaining, meaningful and profitable. One of its most recent movie projects is Singapore’s first Martial Arts Comedy of year 2015, the movie I’MPOSSIBLE.

I’MPOSSIBLE is ‘Karate Kid’ meets ‘Rocky’ which is an uplifting underdog story about how a teenage boy uses his talent in martial arts to overcome all odds and becomes a champion.

As for corporate videos, Grid Synergy has put livelier atmosphere in mostly the dry, boring and dull reputation of such. The team wants to make corporate videos different and for this reason, they want to help their clients create content across different mediums that effectively communicates and engages the audience. And this is done by bringing creativity and out of the box thinking to corporate communications and most especially, by revolutionizing corporate video production.

Proof to its extensive creative production is the video produced by Synergy and is made available in YouTube, entitled Sand of our Father. The video tells the story of Singapore in the most entertaining and unique way by using a mixture of sand art, animation, stop motion, music, dance and film. The project combines these different art forms to signify the growth of the people and its city that has been created out of nothing within a span of 50 years.

Grid Synergy’s character sculpts a seemingly unimpressive handful of sand into different phrases of a growing city while he spurs the hesitant protagonist (a young dancer) in her journey to mastery. The sand artist sculpting the sand is a metaphor for the creation of Singapore and the hand is a symbol of Mr Lee Kuan Yew’s intricate work, building the nation while equipping its citizens.

Grid Synergy works closely with its clients and partners to craft digital solutions and help them connect to their customers more effectively. They deliver media products that will successfully put across the message every corporation wants to express by being sensitive to up-and-coming trends and by working in tandem with its partners.
